Please read this agreement carefully before accessing or using this site. By accessing or using the site, you agree to be bound by this agreement. Material and content accessed from this website or any other website owned, licensed or controlled by the company is proprietary content of the company or property held jointly by the company and the person who provided the content to the company. The company retains all right title and interest.

CAUSE FOR TERMINATION:
With regard to the Downline report page on your Masters Program™ website: The downline report contains the information about your Affiliates (personally enrolled people) as well as your entire downline (people enrolled by others). Only your affiliates came from your personal marketing list and contacts. You may contact people other than your affiliates on that list ONLY in regards to helping them build the Masters Program™. Under no circumstances attempt to recruit them to another program or sell them ANY product or service. That is a violation of the terms and conditions and cause for removal from the program. Contact other downline people through their sponsor and only if you have personally enrolled that sponsor in your affiliate list to avoid Spam complaints. Always manage your marketing organization from the top down.

The Masters Program™ operates a very aggressive anti-spam policy. Web based communications are utilized wherever possible. Being in compliance with regulations National and International, we will not send our workshop materials, manuscripts, information, nor offer and provide support and service to unknown computer owners. You are expressly prohibited from marketing to unknown e-mail addresses using the Masters Program™ infrastructure or mentioning your Masters Program™ website URL in advertisements without permission from the owner of the receiving e-mail address. (Opt-in recipients) This is cause for termination and forfeiture of future income.

LINKS TO OTHER WEB SITES:
This site may include links to other Internet sites solely as a convenience to users. The Masters Program™ does not endorse any such sites or the information, material, products or services contained on or accessible through the sites, and you access and use such sites, including information, material, products and services therein, solely at your own risk.
